How It Works
Contact
Reach out to us by phone, text, or the contact form when you Schedule Service. We'll ask you a few questions to assess the situation. We'll also get your basic contact information, including the address of service, so that we can schedule an inspection. We use a common sense, straightforward approach in our consultations.
Free Estimate
A techician will be scheduled and sent to the location of service. This inspection is free to you, and gives us an opportuity accurately assess the issue. For repairs, techincians will inspect the unit and inform you about the cost to repair. For installations of new equipment, technicians will assess the total needs of the specific installation project, which includes evaluation of the space itself, products, labor, and logisitcs of the install. Free estimates are provided for every job.
Service
Our techicians are often able to make repairs on site, at the time of service. We always strive to provide the fast, relaible service for our customers. For bigger projects, such as installations with zoning systems that require new duct work, our technicians will return at a scheduled date to complete the installation.
Completion
After successful completion of the installation or repair, customers will be sent an invoice. Invoices can be paid in-person or online. We do accept checks and credit cards. Credit cards payments have standard processing fee.
